Concupiscence is when man’s senses, even though he is a follower of God, still crave things of the world. Concupiscence is the sin that lives in the flesh wanting more and more, and is a telltale sign that the divine nature is opposed to the human nature. The world will not put up with sound doctrine anymore and out of the cravings of men’s hearts they have made a new gospel that is detestable to God, which is the stain of sin.
Concupiscence is when a man says to himself that he loves his ways more than Christ or God. For the Son is aware of this and he knows the challenges humans face. For out of the terrors of their hearts they say, “I must see God and his ways” but challenge them daily through concupiscence. The allure of the world is the allure of the beast of the air, who is satan. For he says, I justify myself through my passions and my passions alone; for my passions grow in me deeper each day. For this is the lie of satan that to grow in the flesh is a must.
But God enables us to put sin aside and see that the maker has made a soul in each individual and this concupiscence can be killed. For the fall of man through Adam and Eve made this strong inclination for sin, the desire that will never be put to sleep which is arrows to the soul of peace. So why does God allow this concupiscence to grow in people? For he knows the shame game and when men and women look for him they say concupiscence is at the forefront of my mind, I cannot be blamed for this for this is how I was made. But this is not God’s fault, this is the sin of Adam and Eve, the stain of death. All men and women must undertake to dissolve their prides and, to make a firm purpose of amendment to follow God with all their heart; to kill the desires of the flesh.
Please tell the world that this concupiscence is always with man, this strong desire to sin and how can we kill this desire- Through prayer and fasting and acknowledging that God is with them wherever they go. For concupiscence makes man ignore God in his errors, for the error of man is to be ruled by concupiscence. For fasting says that I love God more than myself.
For this is why so many great people in this world teach that fasting is in error, for they will not do this, for they say I am god. This examines the heart, when man will not fast from certain circumstances of the world. For fasting is not just food but some of the favorite things you do. Amen, Amen peace be with you. Love God more than yourself; fast and pray.
